See how a payment plan runs, start to finish.
Fifteen minutes on a screen share. No slides and nothing to prepare. We walk you through Paycove, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
What you'll see
- A plan built from a CRM deal. The quote, the deposit, the schedule and the checkout your customer sees.
- Every location paid separately. Each one with its own Stripe account and books.
- What card fees cost you. A rough yearly figure, and how much of it could come back.
You don't need to bring anything. If you'd like to see your own numbers, you can share them on the call.
No time fits? Use the chat in the corner or email support@paycove.io and we'll send a few slots.
How the 15 minutes go.
You tell us a little about how you collect today: your locations, your CRM, how customers pay.
We build a plan on screen from a sample deal: the deposit, the schedule, the checkout your customer sees, and where the money lands.
A rough card-fee figure from your monthly volume: what you pay today, and what could come back.
A straight answer on fit, and the next step if there is one.
A clear picture
How a plan runs in Paycove, from the deal in your CRM to each location's bank account and books.
A ballpark fee figure
Roughly what card fees cost you each year, and how much of it Paycove could recover.
A straight answer
If you collect under $100,000 a month, or your processor can't move, we'll say so rather than sell you something that doesn't fit yet.
Before you book.
Is this a sales pitch?
It's a short walkthrough of the product, with time for your questions. If it fits, we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We use a sample deal. If you want to see your own numbers, you can share them on the call, but it's up to you.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Your bookkeeper or finance lead is welcome. Add them to the invite once it arrives.
What if we collect less than $100,000 a month?
Book anyway if you're growing toward it. We'll show you the math honestly, and if the fees we'd recover are less than the bill, we'll tell you.
