Bring one real deal. We'll build its plan while you watch.
Fifteen minutes on a screen share. No slides, no discovery questionnaire. You'll see Paycove run on your own numbers, and you'll know whether it fits.
Bring whichever of these you have
- One deal or enrollment from your CRM. We build the quote, the invoice and the plan from it.
- Your list of locations. We set up the second from the first, with its own Stripe account and books.
- Last month's collections. We work out what card fees cost you and what would come back.
None of it is required. Come with just the questions if that's easier.
No time fits? Use the chat in the corner or email support@paycove.io and we'll send a few slots.
How the 15 minutes go.
You tell us how you collect today: locations, CRM, how your customers pay.
We take your deal and build its plan on screen: deposit, schedule, the checkout your customer sees, and where the money lands.
Your card-fee number: what you pay today, and what would come back.
A straight answer on fit, and the next step if there is one.
A plan built from your deal
Not a demo account with made-up data. The plan Paycove would run for one of your customers.
Your fee number
What getting paid costs you each year, and how much of it Paycove would recover.
A straight answer
If you collect under $100,000 a month, or your processor can't move, we'll say so rather than sell you something that doesn't fit yet.
Before you book.
Is this a sales pitch?
It's a working session. Most of the 15 minutes is building a plan from your deal. If it fits, we'll talk about next steps; if it doesn't, we'll say so.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. One real deal and last month's collections make it more useful, but you can come with just your questions.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Your bookkeeper or admissions lead is welcome. Add them to the invite once it arrives.
What if we collect less than $100,000 a month?
Book anyway if you're growing toward it. We'll show you the math honestly, and if the fees we'd recover are less than the bill, we'll tell you.
