Sales quotes built from the deal in your CRM.
The rep starts from the deal, so the line items and contacts are already there. The customer opens one page, answers what you ask, types their name to accept, and the quote can become the invoice with nobody retyping it.
When quoting lives outside the deal.
The rep retypes the deal into a document.
Products, prices and contacts get copied by hand, and the numbers drift from the CRM.
Nobody knows whether they opened it.
The quote goes out as a PDF, and the rep follows up without knowing if it was read.
The answers come back by email.
What the customer agreed to sits in someone's inbox, not on the deal.
Accepted, then invoiced by hand.
Finance rebuilds the accepted quote as an invoice somewhere else.
Every location quotes differently.
Branding and terms depend on which file the rep happened to open.
Two options mean two quotes.
The customer has to read both, and the rep has to send the right one again.
One page to read, answer and accept.
The quote is a hosted page with your branding. You decide what the customer has to do before they can accept it.
- Accept or decline on the page, with a reason prompt when they decline
- The customer types their name to sign
- A terms checkbox and your own questions, with any answer saved to a CRM property
- Product bundles: show the options and let the customer pick one
- Discounts on a line, as an amount or a percent
- A PDF copy and file attachments
- Your admins are notified when the customer views it
- Quote sent
- Quote viewed
- Quote accepted · 12 monthly payments
- Invoice created from the quote
An accepted quote carries on to the invoice and the plan.
Nobody rebuilds what the customer already agreed to. The same deal carries the quote, the invoice and any payment plan.
- An accepted quote can convert to the invoice automatically once you set it up
- Due dates can count from the day the quote is accepted
- A payment schedule from the template, or one the customer builds on the quote within your rules
- Rules pick the template from the pipeline, location, contact, organization or custom fields, so the rep doesn't choose
Each location quotes as itself.
A template carries a location's branding, terms and payment settings, and the deal lands on the right one by rule.
Questions.
What is sales quote software?
It builds a quote from your products and prices, sends it to the customer and records whether they accepted. Paycove starts from the deal in your CRM, so the quote is the first step of the invoice and any payment plan on that deal.
Does it create HubSpot quotes?
No. Paycove's quote is its own hosted page, built from the HubSpot deal. It doesn't create a native HubSpot quote or invoice. More on Paycove for HubSpot.
Which CRMs does it work with?
HubSpot and Pipedrive, with Salesforce, Pipeline CRM, Capsule and monday.com on request. How to automate sales quotes from your CRM covers the options.
Can customers choose between options?
Yes. A product bundle shows the options on the quote and the customer picks one.
Do customers sign the quote?
They type their name to accept. For a longer contract with several signers and a signed PDF, use documents and e-signature.
Do I have to use payment plans?
No. A quote can lead to a single invoice paid in full. A plan is there when a customer needs one.
