Collections reporting

See what came in, what is open and what is overdue.

Your invoices and payments already run through Paycove, so the numbers are already there. Open the dashboards, export the detail, and read the daily email to see the day's payments.

When the answer lives in a spreadsheet.

Who still owes us?

Someone pulls Stripe and the CRM into a spreadsheet to find out.

How late is late?

Nobody can say how much is 30 days overdue without counting.

What will come in next month?

The schedule exists, but not anywhere you can add it up.

Did today's payments go through?

You find out when someone logs in and looks.

Finance wants the raw data.

Getting it means a request and a wait.

How long do customers take to pay?

It's a feeling, not a figure.

Eight dashboards, ready when you log in.

Each dashboard is scoped to your account and built from your own invoices and payments.

  • Payment summary and invoice summary
  • Client payment history

Export the detail, and get the day by email.

When finance needs the rows, they can have them. When you want the day's results, they come to you.

  • Export deals and scheduled payments to CSV or XLSX
  • Remaining balance, days overdue and template columns on the export
  • Filter deals by status, including overdue, and by date
  • A daily email listing the payments due, on days when payments are due
  • A second email with each result: customer, amount, status and method

Keep each location's numbers apart.

Each export names the template, and a location is set up as a template, so one location's rows are a filter away.

Questions.

What is collections reporting?

It shows what you've billed, what has come in, and what's still open and how late it is. In Paycove it's built from the invoices and payments already running through it.

Which reports are included?

Dashboards for aged receivables, payment summary, invoice summary, client payment history, days sales outstanding, time to payment, product sales and a revenue forecast, plus exports of deals and scheduled payments.

Can I export the data?

Yes. Deals and scheduled payments export to CSV or XLSX.

Can a parent account report across entity accounts?

That is being built and isn't live today. Each entity account reports on its own data.

See it run on a sample deal.
