A hosted payment page that recovers the card fee.
Every quote and invoice comes with a checkout in your branding. The customer pays by card or bank transfer, sees any card fee before they confirm, and can save the method for later payments.
When taking the payment costs more than it should.
Card fees come off every payment.
About 2.9% of each card payment goes to the processor, and it adds up over a year.
You send a link, then a second link.
The invoice is in one place and the way to pay it is in another.
Customers want to pay by bank.
If the page only takes cards, every payment carries the card fee.
Tax gets worked out by hand.
Someone adds the rate to each invoice and hopes it's right.
A check arrives and nobody records it.
The plan still shows it as open.
Your website can't take the payment.
The customer leaves your site to pay by another route.
One checkout on every quote and invoice.
The customer pays from the same page they're already reading. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout and stored by Stripe, never by Paycove.

About 2.9% of every card payment leaves with the processor.
You set a surcharge for each payment method, as a percent, a flat amount or both, where your state allows it. The customer sees it before they confirm, and bank transfer sits beside card with no card fee. Surcharge rules vary by state and card network, and we don't give legal advice, so check yours with your counsel. What a surcharge is.
About $7,250 a month leaves with the processor. $87,000 a year. Paycove can recover it at checkout.
Each location is paid into its own account.
Each template connects to its own Stripe account, so a payment lands with the location that earned it, under that location's name.
Questions.
What is a hosted payment page?
It's a payment page hosted by your payment software rather than your own server, so card numbers never touch your systems. In Paycove, every quote and invoice has one, and card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout.
Is a surcharge legal?
It depends on your state and the card network. Paycove lets you set a rate per payment method and shows the fee before the customer confirms, and the rules are yours to check with your counsel. What a surcharge is.
Can debit cards carry a surcharge?
US card-network rules don't allow a surcharge on debit or prepaid cards. Stripe treats debit and credit as one card method, and a setting that excludes debit is on our roadmap. Until it ships, we set the fee up with you and your counsel.
What does the customer see?
The fee as its own line, before they confirm. They can choose bank transfer instead, with no card fee.
What happens to the surcharge on a refund?
A full refund returns the whole charge, surcharge included.
Does Paycove replace Stripe?
No. Payments run through your own Stripe account, and disputes are handled in Stripe.
