CRM invoicing

CRM invoicing, with the deposit on the same deal.

Create the invoice from the deal in HubSpot or Pipedrive. The customer pays on a hosted page by card or bank transfer, and the deposit, the invoice and any plan all stay on one deal.

When invoicing happens outside the CRM.

Sales closes it, then finance types it in.

The deal is right in the CRM, and the invoice gets built again by hand.

The deposit and the balance are two separate jobs.

Someone has to remember the second invoice when the time comes.

The due date is whatever someone typed.

Terms vary by rep, and overdue is hard to spot.

The customer needs a purchase order on file.

It arrives by email, and someone has to attach it.

Someone sends the reminders by hand.

When they're busy, the reminders stop.

Every location invoices from one place.

The name on the invoice and the account the money lands in don't always match.

Build it from the deal. Get paid on one page.

The invoice is a hosted page with payment built in, so the customer doesn't need a separate link.

  • Line items and contacts from the CRM deal
  • A hosted invoice with a PDF copy and file attachments
  • Down payments as a product, and deposits as a flat amount or a percent
  • Partial payments recorded against the invoice
  • Due dates set by template rules: days after it's created or sent, or after the quote is sent or accepted
  • Taxes on the invoice, with TaxJar if you use it
  • The customer can upload a purchase order

The follow-up runs without you.

Set the rules once. Reminders, emails and bulk actions cover the routine work.

  • Email reminders any number of days before or after the due date
  • Email templates in your words, sent from your domain
  • Bulk actions: send, mark paid or unpaid, download PDFs, sync
  • Snapshots keep every version the customer saw
  • Invoices can split into scheduled payments automatically, from template rules
  • The remaining balance can be written back to the HubSpot deal

Each location invoices as itself.

Each template has its own branding, Stripe account and books, so the invoice carries that location's name and the money lands in its account.

Questions.

What is CRM invoicing?

It means creating invoices from the deals in your CRM, so the customer, products and prices don't get retyped. Paycove also takes the payment on the invoice and keeps the record on the deal.

Does it create HubSpot invoices?

No. Paycove's invoice is its own hosted page, built from the HubSpot deal, and you can view it from the deal. It doesn't create a native HubSpot invoice. Deposit and balance from a HubSpot deal walks through one.

Does it work with Pipedrive?

Yes. Deposit and balance from a Pipedrive deal walks through one. Salesforce, Pipeline CRM, Capsule and monday.com are on request.

Can I invoice in full, with no plan?

Yes. An invoice can be paid in one go. A deposit or a plan is there when you need one.

Can a customer pay by bank transfer?

Yes. ACH sits beside card on the hosted page, with no card fee.
