GoHighLevel payment plans

Quotes, invoices and payment plans for your GoHighLevel opportunities.

When an opportunity reaches the right stage, Paycove creates the quote or invoice. When the customer accepts or pays, the opportunity is updated. It runs through Zapier or the Paycove API.

Two ways to connect.

There's no Paycove app in the GoHighLevel marketplace. GoHighLevel and Paycove talk through Zapier, where both have an app, or through Paycove's REST API.

Zapier

Zapier, no code

Zapier's LeadConnector app is GoHighLevel's. Pair its triggers and actions with Paycove's:

  • Pipeline Stage Changed in LeadConnector starts Create Invoice / Quote in Paycove, with the contact and a line for what was sold.
  • Quote Accepted, Partial Payment Paid or Invoice Paid in Paycove starts Add/Update Opportunity or Add/Update Contact in LeadConnector, which can move the opportunity to a stage you choose and add a note or tag.
  • Paycove's Invoice Paid can also start Add Lead to Workflow, so your GoHighLevel follow-up runs when the money arrives.

The Zapier action creates an invoice or a quote. For a payment plan with its own deposit and dates per customer, use the API. Trigger and action names as shown on Zapier, 7 Nov 2026.

REST API

The API, for payment plans

One call sends your opportunity's ID, the customer, the line items and each payment's amount and date, and gets a checkout link back. The deposit is taken at checkout and later payments are charged to the saved card or bank account on their dates.

  • Plans from daily to yearly, or on custom intervals.
  • Send a quote, mark it accepted or mark an invoice paid from your own system.
  • Webhooks when a deal is created, a quote is accepted, a payment comes in or an invoice is paid.

Questions.

Is there a Paycove app in the GoHighLevel marketplace?

No. GoHighLevel and Paycove connect through Zapier, where GoHighLevel's app is called LeadConnector, or through Paycove's REST API.

Can Zapier create a payment plan from a GoHighLevel opportunity?

Zapier's Paycove action creates an invoice or a quote with its line items. For a plan with its own deposit and payment dates per customer, your system or workflow calls the Paycove API.

Does GoHighLevel find out when a customer pays?

Yes. Paycove's Invoice Paid, Partial Payment Paid and Quote Accepted events can move the opportunity to a stage you choose and add a note or tag in GoHighLevel through Zapier, or reach your own system as webhooks. Zapier's GoHighLevel action doesn't take an amount, so the paid figure itself lives in Paycove.

Whose Stripe account is paid?

Yours. Each location pays out to its own Stripe account, so the money lands in its own bank.

What does GoHighLevel do for payments on its own?

Invoices with installments, estimates with a payment schedule, auto-pay on a saved card and a processing charge, with one Stripe account per sub-account. Payments, billing and payment plans in GoHighLevel

What does it cost?

See pricing. Zapier is billed by Zapier.

Built for businesses whose customers pay over time.
